However, we understand everything may not work for you. Because of this, we will do our best to help if you are not completely satisfied with your order. We would be happy to help you find something you love!
We ask that you please look over your order as soon as you get it to make sure everything is to your satisfaction. If you received a damaged item, we ask that you notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Items can be processed for a return within 14 days of the original purchase date for a store credit to be used on a future purchase.
Items must be:
*Unworn
*Unwashed
*Original Condition
*Tags must be attached.
Once your item has been approved for a return, your return must be received to the Juneberry Warehouse within 30 days of the date the item was purchased.
The Following Items DO NOT Qualify For a Return of Any Kind:
*SALE Items (Sale items will always end in $X.99 or $X.00. Non-Sale items will always end in $X.95)
*Doorbuster Sale Items
*Holiday Items
*All on sale/sale items are FINAL SALE with no exceptions.
*Jewelry, hats, scarves, hair accessories, and all other accessories are considered final sale for sanitary safety.
*Gift Cards
*Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours.
*We, at no cost, are responsible for washed items.
*Original shipping is non refundable.
*Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost.
*Items returned without an approval of a return will be subject to restocking fee.
